Job Description

– Supervise, schedule & support Auto Loan sales team (Mortgage Loan)
– Improve team spirit, increase & motivate working spirit of Auto Loan sales team
– Plan and Act operation activities of Auto loan sales team (Try to Expand Sales)

  • Find potential customer and dealer in the Auto Loan
  • Presentation to dealer for co-operate
  • Meeting with customers
  • Managing dealer

– Follow up daily activities of Auto Loan sales team
– Be responsibility for all sales team operation activities
– Target achievement
– Co-operate with other Supervisor to solve problem (if any)
– Receive & summarize daily report
– Report to Sales Manager / Director
– Others will be assigned by Sales Manager & BOD

Job Requiment

  • Age: 26 – 36 years old
  • University degree : Priority for major related Finance-Banking.
  • At least 02 years working in finance industry with the familiar responsibility
  • English: fluency
  • Good at computer skills (Word, Excel, Power point…)
  • Be able to work under high pressure
  • Be available for daily field visiting
  • Be able to communicate with all the ranges of employee
  • Interact with clients effectively – face to face & on telephone
  • Good negotiating and planning skills
  • Excellent presentation skill and selling skills

We work 8:00am – 5:30pm, from Mon to Fri with lunch and 12 days of Annual leave, 3 days Summer leave provided.
